Questions

The short answer to this question is: "a very long time." Our paints are incredibly saturated and hold an enormous amount of paint. That being said, the answer to this question really depends on how often you paint, how much water you use, and how aggressive you are with your brush.

You absolutely can! The original way to use our paints is to snip off a small piece of the Drycolor sheet and submerge it in the water in the well of your palette. The bigger the piece is the more intense the final color will be. Our Drycolor sheets are made of a proprietary fabric based card stock so you don't have to worry about it dissolving and leaving behind paper particles in your wash.

Nope! Our drycolor sheets dry very quickly between uses so you don't have to wait to change colors when using the complete edition. There may be some light sticking between pages when you go back through the booklet but it is nothing to worry about.

Not at all! All of our paints are completely non-toxic so you don't have to worry if you, your child, or your pet accidentally drink out of your brush cleaning cup!

Our paints are dye based. This makes them incredibly vibrant and completely non-toxic. In terms of light fastness we have noticed that the quality of the paper they are painted on to makes all the difference. We also have pieces of our own are hanging all around our office that have not faded or withered in anyway over the last couple years.

Our company was started in 1885! The original use of our paints was colorizing and retouching black and white photos. We still use the same process and recipes that were created by our founder 135+ years ago!

By far the easiest way to use our paint is to take a wet brush right to our Drycolor sheets! The moisture on the brush will activate the paint on the back of the sheet and you are ready to start painting! Easy as that!

We do! We supply local art stores all around the country with our paints. If you have an inquiry please email: peerlesscolorwholesale@gmail.com and we will get back to you as soon as we can!
